6061 Billet Blanks
Our wheels are precision-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, making them significantly stronger than any cast wheel on the market. Each wheel begins as a massive cube of billet, which is cut down into 12x12x2 blanks. From there, the blanks are fixtured into our 4-axis CNC machines, where they undergo a rough-cut process that shapes them into their initial form before final machining brings out the finished design
Pre Powdercoat CNC
After the rough-cut stage, each blank enters a second CNC process where the intricate patterns and signature designs of our wheels are precision-machined. Every wheel center spends nearly an hour in the CNC during this operation alone, ensuring unmatched detail, strength, and quality in the final product.
Post Powdercoat CNC
Once powder-coated in the desired color, each wheel center returns to the CNC for a third machining process. Here, we carefully cut out the “pockets,” exposing the raw billet beneath. This final step creates our signature two-tone billet-and-color finish — a look that sets our wheels apart.

Every Alba wheel undergoes extensive strength and durability simulation in CAD before it ever hits the CNC. Hours of virtual stress testing allow us to analyze load, flex, and fatigue points — ensuring every design meets our uncompromising standards for strength, reliability, and performance.
